Joshua Community Connectors (JCC) provides a holistic, relationship-driven approach to helping individuals move from high-risk circumstances to stability and long-term success. Through comprehensive support services—including case management, crisis intervention, and mental and physical wellness resources—JCC walks with clients through every stage of their transition.

In partnership with trusted community organizations, JCC also offers second-chance programs, job-readiness training, seminars, and introductions to employers, ensuring clients have the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to regain independence and rebuild their lives.

In July 2024, the Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods (OSHN) conducted a full compliance site visit at Joshua Community Connectors to evaluate our programmatic, financial, and operational practices.

Their review included:

Observation of program activities
Review of all FY24 grant-related activities

Following this comprehensive assessment, OSHN reported zero findings and zero concerns, highlighting JCC’s integrity, transparency, and high standards. This independent validation demonstrates that JCC is an exceptional steward of public and philanthropic resources, ensuring every dollar is used responsibly to serve the community.
